At Chan the Jerky Man, we handcraft every batch of beef jerky with care and passion. The process can’t be rushed — every order is made fresh and prepared with love, ready to be delivered the next day. Because we’re committed to making the best possible jerky, shipping times can sometimes take a little longer, up to a fortnight. We promise, it’s worth the wait — every bite is made to delight!

Shipping Times

Each order is made-to-order, which means we start crafting it fresh just for you. Typically, orders ship within 1–14 days, depending on demand and batch preparation. Orders within South Australia tend to arrive faster, while deliveries outside SA may take a little longer.

Delayed or Missing Deliveries

We do everything we can to get your jerky to you as quickly as possible, but because we put quality over speed, shipping may take a bit longer than standard delivery times.
